Gottex Fund Management confirmed that it was exposed to Petters Group Worldwide, a US company currently under investigation for fraud.

Gottex said that they are likely to suffer a material negative impact on performance if the allegations are proven to be true and that they are presently evaluating the extent of the impact.

The funds that have exposure to Petters are GVA ABL Portfolio and Gottex ABI Fund.
